what did i forget....

This mORNInG?

OH ya breakfast!
I was not too hungry but ate the orange and apple with my must have a Cup of Coffee!

(Luckily I always keep oatmeal and some fresh fruit at work!)

with A long morning... I do have to SAY I

DID NOT work out this AM.

BUT that still gives me time to do it tonight...Sometimes i feel like the things around me are taking over ME.

At this point in the AM i just have to buckle down and get through it only to realize that its just a small bump and that I still have all day to do what I need to do

Goal for today...
DOn't take on anymore tasks until I finish all that is already on my
CRAZY list!

  1. fruit is a great snack...I make sure I get protein at every meal, it keeps me fuller.Seems like you had one of those mornings....I get those also!
    My goal is to be positive!
