WEnt CAMPING this WEEKEND at the BEACh.
nOTHING SAYS caLIFORNIA LIKE like BEACH...
but after being there the first day i noticed I was not ready to belong there...
I HAVE lots of work to do!
Having KIDS is no Excuse...which i would have used but this mom next to us had an amazing body lol with 3 kids.... so that excuse was out the door
SO after this NICE camping TRIP
(by the way i ate good and exercised while there!)
(it was a little cold in the AM but cleared up to be 74 in the afternoon)
I got DOWN to business ThiS MORNING..
Got out my exercising Partner...
(that's me in a wii body LOL!)
AND DID IT!
I worked out this AM and it felt GREAT!
I started a 30 day challenge four days ago and its going GOOD!
I thought I could slack on this WII ACTIVE but...I was wrong if you slack it tells you to do it again..
and that is what I need!
DO YOU EAT BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR WORK OUTS? WHAT TYPE OF MEAL DO YOU USUALLY HAVE?
* I eat after and normally its a small one like this morning was half a bagel toasted because well i am all out of good foods so this afternoon i got to go to the store!
