Who is on a "Health" choice life style...and has a Girl Scout??



This is just mean. (94 boxes of mean to be exact!!)
(as I ate my frozen yogurt with no toppings my husbando and kiddos enjoyed theirs with cookies on top)

But will POWER!!!
I did it I went through the whole weekend with out touching ONE cookie!

On the upside I didn't work out this morning but I did workout this weekend a WHOLE lot! so I deserved the rest this am.

ANd what BETTER waY to start your MORninG than getting a perfect LUNCh made for your work day..

Then I added some..Feta Cheese and some CUCUMBER HUMMUS

and this is when my pictures went down the drain...

LOL! I took sO many PICTURES like this!!!! I don't know if its because i was on about a POT of COFFEE but WOW did I move with SPEED this MORNING! It was not until I sat down to send to my PC that I noticed my Quick photos!

Closed...

is a good SIgn For ME in the AM.

When I forget Breakfast sometimes I try and sTop Somewhere to grab SOMETHING...just so I can eat before I get to work..

But that is a BAD habit, because i have a healthy breakfast waiting for there.
AND WATER TO KEEP ME FROM GOING OVER


I tried Stopping By our LOCAL bagel Store THIS AM and it was NOT opened..THANK YOU GOD!
(because i SO would have smuttered it with cream cheese...)



Another SIgn God threw at me this morning was this..
(  i DON'T show faces...LOL!)

Well anyWHO.

I looked over as i was drinking mY water and Saw this person eating a Cream cheese bagel..and she/or he was not in the best shape and it came to me like a blinking light...

DON'T DO IT!

 SO now i am here Enjoying a NICE healthy BREAKFAST

and well a not so healthy cup of coffee

Day 5 completed

And what a morning!

 My Husbands alarm was well going off at like normal...
(normal means around 5:20)

That is my NOISE call for WAKE UP get your BUTT out of BEd and WORK it!

So as i ROlled out of BED threw on my work out gear...

and turned on the coffee Pot  I Glanced and SAW the MICROWavE

4:25 AM!!!!!
Who has the alarm set that early???


Oh WEll I still DID it.

I worked out a good 1 hour burned 130 calories

and hated EVERY minute of it.

; )

I was able to get up though make breakfast kiss the hubby away, get the lunches packed and well without yelling WERE LATE!!!

it felt good.

How about you what time do you wake up?

*Normally 5:20 for me not by choice but its my husbands time.

Look We having a NEW heath Food STORE yahooo!

I love Trader Joes but still sometimes its good to see what other deals are out there!

Trust Your Elders

Since I forgot my breakfast...that meant i Forgot MY
LUNCH

and instead of being tempted by this...

I reached into a drawer and found SOme good OLd (well NOT really)
but Trader JOe CHILI!


i ATE IT soo quick i WAS HUNGRY!



YUM!

Okay but I truly feel like a FOOD HORDER  : ) I have it in my CAR in MY Desk and of courst at HOME...

I guess its a good thing other wise i would be a CHEATER!

OH ya breakfast!
I was not too hungry but ate the orange and apple with my must have a Cup of Coffee!

(Luckily I always keep oatmeal and some fresh fruit at work!)



with A long morning... I do have to SAY I

DID NOT work out this AM.

BUT that still gives me time to do it tonight...Sometimes i feel like the things around me are taking over ME.

At this point in the AM i just have to buckle down and get through it only to realize that its just a small bump and that I still have all day to do what I need to do

Goal for today...
DOn't take on anymore tasks until I finish all that is already on my
CRAZY list!

Need Encouragement?

Go to the BEACH butt whiTE with an extra 30lbs...

I do have to say I am SORRY if you are in the SNOW right now viewing this...you might become jealous!

WEnt CAMPING this WEEKEND at the BEACh.

nOTHING SAYS caLIFORNIA LIKE like BEACH...
but after being there the first day i noticed I was not ready to belong there...

I HAVE lots of work to do!

Having KIDS is no Excuse...which i would have used but this mom next to us had an amazing body lol with 3 kids.... so that excuse was out the door

SO after this NICE camping TRIP
(by the way i ate good and exercised while there!)

(it was a little cold in the AM but cleared up to be 74 in the afternoon)


I got DOWN to business ThiS MORNING..
Got out my exercising Partner...
(that's me in a wii body LOL!)


AND DID IT!
I worked out this AM and it felt GREAT!
I started  a 30 day challenge four days ago and its going GOOD!

I thought I could slack on this WII ACTIVE but...I was wrong if you slack it tells you to do it again..

and that is what I need!

Santa bought some presents...

went A LITTLE ABOVE AND BEYOND

BEsides our LIVING room being from head to toe with boxes, that old man got me a LITTLE annoyed.

YOGA BALL (a new one because well mine was popped by Santa's helper)



I can truly GOOOO onnnn.......

THE BEST PART IS ...I DIDN'T ASK FOR IT!

its a SIGN... a BIG SIgN so this weekend

I WILL BE USING THOSE SIGNS!
and if I don't....I am sure they will be laying by my bedroom door as a reminder

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS THIS WEEKEND? Do you have the easy tone shoes??
* I plan on exercising and well football! Also, those easy tone shoes i love i wear them to Disneyland (double workout maybe?)


I AM thankful though we were able to get those gifts....just it was A LOT to take at once
(just in case your readying hubby I love you.....and will get you next year!)

If the SHOE fits...doesnt mean

you should wear it without SOCKS.

I decided to wear my Flats kinda like these:

Once I put mine ON they started to SMELL...

NOT a nICE feeling... I am thinking I SHOULD have not been cheap and got those $3 socks they offer for these types of shoes...

I would save the OFFICe from WOnderING where that SMELL is coming from..

a slice of "The Light Laughing Cow" Creamy Swiss (25 calories)
10 low fat Triscuits (160)

Then a LOVly SALAD
(Unknown calories...)
4 unslated walnuts, 3 tbs of strawberry walnut dressing, about 3 cups of lettuce.

PerfECTO!

Can I staRt Today?

Lets JUST Say "Life" Yesterday got in the way....

After Tuesdays Allergy HIVE attack My little ONE had to stay home and rest on Wednesday...which for ME was a

DAY OFF WORK!

Well WE mom's know HOw those days turn out...


Cleaning, laundry, catering, then of course cleaning again, picking up school age kiddos etc....

(Who Really calls it a day off?)

Here is Kiddo #2 sleeping...after her meds...(Lucky it didn't have the HYPER side Effect)

BEsiDES me counting MY Cleaning as Exercising Yesterday i DID pretty WELL with MY food!

AND TODAY I Started OFF With..
(YUMMY.. I love how it comes in the right size...that's where my trouble is quantity!)

Day TWo... and LOTS to Do

Waking up at 5:20 is a great way for me to get a little extra well ME TIME before the house takes over with "MOM!!!!" I am trying to start waking up at 5:00am so i can get a good solid hour of exercise....we will see how that works out tomorrow!

TODAY WAS Kiddo#1 first day of Preschool!
how did it go...

she looks happy right! Well she was but turns out....when we sat down in the morning prayer room she broke out in HIVES.

Stress?? no I hope not BUT then what??
well i will find out this afternoon...
Now my easy relaxing day turned into
Doctors appointments and waiting for a phone call so i can come pick her up if needed..
(lucky my work is understating!)

But GLAD its nothing worse

* like the AM it wakes me up...and by the time work, house work, and kiddos homework is done i am to tired to lift a finger at night!
