Need Encouragement?

Go to the BEACH butt whiTE with an extra 30lbs...

I do have to say I am SORRY if you are in the SNOW right now viewing this...you might become jealous!

WEnt CAMPING this WEEKEND at the BEACh.

nOTHING SAYS caLIFORNIA LIKE like BEACH...
but after being there the first day i noticed I was not ready to belong there...

I HAVE lots of work to do!

Having KIDS is no Excuse...which i would have used but this mom next to us had an amazing body lol with 3 kids.... so that excuse was out the door

SO after this NICE camping TRIP
(by the way i ate good and exercised while there!)

(it was a little cold in the AM but cleared up to be 74 in the afternoon)


I got DOWN to business ThiS MORNING..
Got out my exercising Partner...
(that's me in a wii body LOL!)


AND DID IT!
I worked out this AM and it felt GREAT!
I started  a 30 day challenge four days ago and its going GOOD!

I thought I could slack on this WII ACTIVE but...I was wrong if you slack it tells you to do it again..

and that is what I need!

DO YOU EAT BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR WORK OUTS? WHAT TYPE OF MEAL DO YOU USUALLY HAVE?

* I eat after and normally its a small one like this morning was half a bagel toasted because well i am all out of good foods so this afternoon i got to go to the store!

  1. I like to eat light before...banana and vit c drinks and gu bites.
    but afterwards I eat a meal of protein!

  2. I'm one of those unfortunate souls in the snow right now, DANG! Yes, I'm super jealous! I think I need to move to California :-). I like to eat after exercising, but these days it's more eating than exercising...sigh. Have a wonderful Monday.

  3. Going for a barefoot jog at the beach is an awesome feeling. You're off to an excellent start!

    For me, it depends on the length and duration of my workout. Less than 2 hours I just eat something quick beforehand and drink gatorade during. Longer than that and I munch on nuts, crackers, bananas, etc., during the workout.

  4. I have been curious about the wii fit. So you would recommend it? What type of programs do you have for it? Hmmmm I need a kick too.

    Bella I LOVE THE WII FIT! I really love the Wii ACTIVE though it really makes u involved and swithces up the routine so your not bored. : )
